Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) : 100 mg

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Description

Also known as pyridoxine, vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that must be replenished daily for optimal health as it is not stored in the body. It is involved in more bodily functions than most other single nutrients. Amongst its many characteristics, vitamin B6 is necessary for the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. It therefore helps metabolize fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
